Zinberg brings 25 years of Lighting Design and Technical Director experience to ChoiceLIVE. After earning his bachelor’s degree at California Institute of the Arts, he started at Universal Studios as an attraction designer, draftsman, and later as a lighting tech with Blue Man Group.

He’s held positions as lighting, video and production designer as well as a technical director and project manager. At Production Glue he helped execute events for NIKE, Harman Kardon, JBL, and spent many years as the in-house technical director for Bloomberg Philanthropies. Most recently he was Technical Director at MB Productions as well as executing many events for TPG (Technical Producing Group) in a freelance capacity.

“I’ve used ChoiceLIVE as my video vendor for years. I’ve always trusted that they would execute at the highest level. I pride myself at aligning with great companies with great clients, pushing the limits of entertainment technology. With their recent move into full production and having the resources the Rock Lititz community to lean on, this was a unique opportunity to join what I view as an industry leading team.”

“Michael is one of those rare individuals that has a passion to continue learning even 25 years into his career,” says Doug Murray, President of ChoiceLIVE. “He has a deep, hands on understanding of all the tech that we use to create memorable moments for our clients. From media server and display technology to Virtual/Hybrid and Lighting Design, there is no-one better suited to represent ChoiceLIVE in the New York City market.”
